It was great to have a spacious, updated room with a sofa and chairs, complete with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge.

Our queen room was brand new and included climate control, pay TV, and a microwave. The hotel’s location was fantastic, being really close to the casino, a shopping center, and Darien Lake.

Brand-new rooms were attractive with a whirlpool. The location in a downtown area was exceptionally nice and there were many shopping centers and a shopping mall nearby. Also, it was 1 mile from Palm Island Indoor Waterpark.

The staff was not very welcoming.

Our room was quiet and well-designed with fresh towels and TV, for instance.

Nothing to dislike!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the beds and linens were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and had an amazing jet tub. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were open until 10 pm, which was convenient. The staff, especially Nicolas at the reception, was excellent, always smiling and helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the Interstate and a short drive to Main street. It was also conveniently located near Batavia Downs and the Thruway, making it easy to access. Furthermore, it was a great base for exploring nearby attractions such as Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was good and provided us with a great start to our day.

the breakfast is great but there is not enough place to seat

everything was great! I especially appreciated the desk clerk providing us with hot water for tea when the pot was empty in the late afternoon. The breakfast was fabulous.

The beds were great but I like firmer pillows.

I liked my time at the hotel. Quiet and beautiful property with great service. The staff were courteous. Perfect location to eat at local restaurants. Excellent and appetising breakfast.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge inside the king room were handy. Location: the hotel was short walk to Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario and business center and shopping centers.

The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location is marvellous and unbeatable, close to a business center, Niagara Falls, a casino, and other new hotels.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and were always available to answer our questions. The hotel room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast served in the main dining area was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and the Strong museum in Rochester. Additionally, there was a casino nearby for those interested in gambling.

Only gave me 24 hours of free wi-fi. We booked two days.

There was food and fruit in my room refrigerator ....gross!!! Mgr claimed she checked the room "recently".... Would have gotten discount but pre-paid.
